Claz'room at The Summit USJ

The 2 major task that i'd been busy doing recently, look for all the way to do promo for my studio, Claz'room. Another will be the "Beauty and Nudity series" that i'm total addict in drawing.

So, this time Claz'room will be appearing at The Summit USJ, on the 21st of November 2009, from 11am - 5pm. Joining Mass Comm Students from Segi Collage Subang Jaya to be a part of their Public Relations Campaign.

Beauty and Nudity #4

My 4th piece artworks for the Beauty & Nudity series.. For this piece of artwork i would like to explore more on the color. I try on the sunset color mood which using more reddish brown and violet color. 

It's really not easy to draw at the beginning because it's really not easy to plan all the colors. When doing this painting my mood was really bad, bad is not because of doing painting but dunno for what reason. Just feel bad for everything, but luckily painting saved my day..

In the end, i put on my earphone with my favorite music and enjoy myself in painting world.

New Living place

Today is really an awesome Saturday which i spend my whole day from morning till night with friends with plans. This morning woke up really early automatically and i just watched Gossip Girl on bed till the time where people usually leave their bed on Saturday.

Recently continue to crazy for Be@rbrick collection again. I bought the Daft Punk 400% few days ago and today it's time to get them a new place to stay. So we went Ikea, get a glass cabinet and cabinet's lamp. Lighting is always just so important.

So this is now the glass cabinet in my room beside my bed, really feel so cool when i finished the whole setup and some simple re-arrangement of my bedroom.

My Be@rbrick Daft Punk 400% with another 3 be@rbrick 100% now have their own place. After i setup everything, i really have the feeling that can't wait for December to get another new Be@rbrick, it's not about waiting for December salary, it's a promise i promised myself i can only get one every month, because i understand myself well, if i never set some rules, i'll just spend all my savings for it getting a lot once..

This is how my bedroom looks like when i off all the light beside the one on my glass cabinet. It's even more cool compare just to get a bedroom table lamp. :)

Beauty and Nudity #3

Hurray, done the 3rd piece of my "Beauty & Nudity" series.. I spend just 2 days time on drawing this, consider quite fast done compare with the 2nd one. Maybe because just finish all preparing stuff for Claz'room studio so i'm in mood to draw.

Talk about mood, this piece of painting i finished it in quite grey tone.. The color saturation that i use are more dull. To match the over feelings of this painting. I don't know what you'll feel when you look at this painting, i feel quite sad. Maybe is the feeling i have through out the whole process of doing this painting, i'm not sure is the painting make me feel sad or my mood make this painting seems so dull..

What i mean sad here is not really unhappy.. I just feel like don't really want to do too much things, just want to concentrate and finish this painting quietly without any disturbance. 

Last time i never understand when people said when look at a painting it gave us some feelings.. now i slowly start to feel it.. i feel it while i'm doing the painting, i feel it while i finish and look at this painting.. 

Now, it's not only the satisfaction of the finishing of the painting, it's also the satisfaction of the process of doing this painting and even the satisfaction of the feeling this painting gave me.

Sounds so deep huh.. i started to talk like an artist? 

Be@rbrick 400% Daft Punk

I'm a collector, i always like things in series.. Like painting that i draw i will just always do it in whole series so perhaps the reason why i still always draw because i like to collect paintings, my own paintings.

Beside that, i also collect toys. And these toys really make my wallet always keep in good shape, the slim and fit shape. T.T 

Be@rbrick, the toys that i'll just never give up to collect. It's more like a piece of artwork for me more than just a simple bear figurine toys. I just wonder one day will i have to chance to apply my design on it.

So this is what i get for month November. My Be@rbrick 400%, the Daft Punk collection. I almost get the Be@rbrick 1000% just now but i think for this month better get this Daft Punk 1st or else sure wont be have stock on month Dec. Won't have much people getting Be@rbrick 1000% in Malaysia, so next month maybe will get a Be@rbrick 1000%.

Although it's a very expensive collective but i know the value of Be@rbrick, at least i really love it. My principe of living, work more to earn, earn more to own. :)

Another artwork on the wall

I'd send my digital art work for framing last week and i just got it back this evening. Now it's hanging on the wall in my bedroom. It's really so awesome cool and i really like it. Especially when i can draw my artwork with my signature printed on canvas and hang it on my wall..

Now i'm doing the 3rd piece of "Beauty & Nudity" series. Going to print it out and frame it as well. One day i'll just gonna fill my whole living area with my own artworks.

Too bad Facebook just send me a warning memo asking me to remove all the nudity artworks in my album.. So.. too bad can't share it in Facebook.. I wonder how about blogspot, will i receive warning mail again? 

Claz'room at Annexe Gallery

After the Award Ceremony, quickly rush to the bazaar.. it's a handmade craft bazaar. Beanipet and Luvining is selling their products on the bazaar. And Claz'room also got a small area to display there, free Claz'room's bookmarks is giving out free on that day.

I really like our booth display and little concept of decoration. Everything is just so simple and nice. 

These are all our Claz'room bookmarks that giving out free on that day. We purposely design our leaflet in bookmarks form so that those who get our bookmarks will really appreciate and keep it nicely. Wont just throw away like those standard leaflet design. It's also very cool of having our digital drawn works printed as bookmarks.

Much more excited that day when i met some friends that didn't meet since some time. They're my students last time while i'm still lecturing in One Academy, now just my friends.

Everyone is selling their handmade stuff with very cool concept of decoration. All these decoration is very important to grab's people's attention.

And also this series of handmade doll.. really so cool!!! Every photos just seems like a piece of artwork.

Claz'room is just joining a very very small part in this bazaar but it's a good experience. Although i'm not really so interested in handmade stuff but it really inspired me a lot when i see a lots of their handmade creation..

Award Winning Ceremony

7th Nov, Saturday is a very busy day for me. Today i got 2 events to attend. First will be my company award giving ceremony and secondly will be a bazaar in Annexe Gallery @ Central market.

The award giving ceremony was held in Boulevard Hotel, Midvalley and i'm the photographer on that day. I love to take photos for events because i can just walk around, no need to just sit still on a place following the event. Very free job.

We're so hungry before event start.. All just keep staring at the dining section. How nice if i can make myself a cup of coffee while doing my photo shooting job. Or maybe i should say, i'm so bored before the event start, but luckily i have the DSLR camera with me which i just can shoot whatever photos i want.

All those award trophy of the day.. Hmm.. seriously i don't like the top part of the trophy with the hand image. Seems like it'd ruined the whole cool design of the pewter part.

 

Everyone was enjoying the high tea section and really grateful to Carrie for helping me doing all those interview job with some award winners.

Congratulation to all award winners. Hope you guys will perform well and hope that myself can be an award winner one day too.

Beauty and Nudity #2

Finally done for my second piece of "Beauty and Nudity" series. Recently was too busy on preparing setup for Claz'room studio. Once free then have to continue doing my own painting. Still long way to go for this series which now i'm doing more research on it while preparing for the 3rd piece of painting.

I think maybe the 3rd piece i would try on maybe a black and white painting or more to monochromatic tone.. Consider satisfy with this second piece but i know there's always much more space to improve because so far i just do it with realistic style which not much free strokes or rendering way.. I'll try my best to explore my drawing technique with more painting style. :)

Michelangelo

Went to Pavilion yesterday with friends.. we meet up another friend for dinner there. I think that's only the 3rd time i went Pavilion.. We just quickly walk in some shops before dinner. 

Those girls just so excited when we walked in Forever 21.. i thought that i cant found anything i wan in Forever 21 but in the end i found a Tees that i really like! It's a V neck cutting white tees with a simple sunglass on the V cutting area... It's just so awesome cool and i want to buy it.. but don't have size M, left only size L and XL...  T.T

Went to Michelangelo for our dinner.. I knew this place through my friend's blog. I was hoping to see any big giant sculpture or any decorate that matching the name of this restaurant "Michelangelo" but it's a big disappointed because there's just huge painting of Michelangelo and his sculpture works on the wall.. Maybe my expectation was too high.

By the way, i really loves their food. Not bad for their food there, perhaps you can have a try on their food.

Thumbs up for all their delicious food especially the dessert. Recently i start to like dessert... I never like dessert because i don't really like sweet food, even chocolate also i'll choose the extra dark, the bitter one. Now i start to love sweet stuff...

Maybe you're right, i always change my mind.. Maybe i'm still learning how to like something longer...
